Situations we handle
Tell us the decision, deadline, and constraints. We will define the first bounded phase and what must be learned before the next commitment.
The window is real, the record is incomplete, and leadership needs to know what matters before choosing a position.
Evidence, payment, coverage, procurement, and institutional adoption are not yet aligned.
The factual record, counsel, government engagement, communications, and internal governance must stay synchronized.
A new technology, service, or institutional model needs a credible route through established authorities.
AuthorityMap the decision
We map authority, incentives, stakeholders, timing, and approvals so leadership can see where a decision is made and what must be true for it to move.
ReadinessPrepare the work
We turn a complex record into clear choices, defensible materials, disciplined approvals, and an engagement sequence appropriate to the institution.
ExecutionExecute the playbook
We agree on responsibilities and deadlines, keep track of outstanding work, and prepare the follow-up needed after each meeting or decision.

OUR APPROACH
EvidenceUnderstand the issue and the evidence supporting your position.Agree on the issue, your goals, the deadline and the work Praxis will take on.
Review the relevant documents and evidence, and request the information needed from your team.
Consider alternative approaches, test the assumptions behind them and identify what would make a different path workable.
Draft the policy position, briefing papers and meeting materials, and coordinate review with your team.
Identify organizations with a shared interest, develop a common position and coordinate support for it.
Help carry out the agreed outreach, meetings and communications.
Answer questions raised, prepare additional materials and report on completed and outstanding work.
We use AI to assist with document review, compare policy proposals and organize research. Our team checks the original sources and reviews the analysis before using it in advice or public materials.
What clients receive
We agree on the materials your assignment needs, from a policy brief to meeting preparation or ongoing support.

The purpose of the meeting, your request and answers to likely questions.
Relevant offices and organizations, why they matter and a plan for approaching them.
How a potential partner fits your goals and what a collaboration could involve.
Responsibilities, deadlines, completed activity and work still to do.
